• Miniatures: Small-scale models for display or gaming
• Merchandise & Soft Goods: Apparel and accessories

2.2 Product Availability and Description

We strive to maintain accurate product descriptions and images. However:

• Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and manufacturing processes
• Some items may have limited availability
• Custom orders may have extended production times
• We reserve the right to discontinue products without prior notice

3. Ordering and Payment Terms

3.1 Order Process

Ordering from Galacticarmory involves the following steps:

• Selection of products and addition to cart
• Provision of accurate shipping information
• Selection of preferred shipping method
• Payment processing through our secure gateway
• Order confirmation and processing timeline of 1-2 business days

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Methods

We offer two primary shipping options:

• Standard Transport: Carrier: DHL or FedEx. Cost: 12.95 Galactic Credits. Delivery: 10-15 days post-shipment with full tracking.
• Free Galactic Transport: Carrier: EMS Galactic Mail. Cost: FREE for orders of 50+ Galactic Credits. Delivery: 15-25 days post-shipment with basic tracking.

4.2 Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most regions except:

• Asian countries
• Remote or difficult-to-access locations

Please contact our Command Center if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Eligibility

Your gear qualifies for return/exchange if:

• Return request is initiated within 15 days of delivery confirmation
• Items are in original mission-ready condition (unassembled, unpainted, undamaged)
• Original packaging and all components are present
• Proof of purchase is verified

5.2 Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

1. Transmit encrypted communication to our Command Center at [email protected] with required details
2. Receive authorization and shipping coordinates within 1-2 business cycles
3. Deploy return package with all original materials and authorization code

5.3 Refund Processing

Refunds follow this protocol:

• Initial Processing: 3-5 business cycles after receiving returned gear
• Financial Transfer: Additional 5-10 business cycles to appear in your account
• Refund Method: Returns processed to original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless item is defective)

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Galacticarmory website, including but not limited to:

• Logos, trademarks, and service marks
• Product designs and 3D files
• Website content and layout
• Photography and product images

are the property of Galacticarmory or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Liability Limitations

7.1 Product Use

Galacticarmory products are designed for display, cosplay, and collection purposes. They are not intended for:

• Functional protective equipment
• Actual combat or defensive use
• Children under 14 without adult supervision

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Galacticarmory shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or data
• Damages exceeding the purchase price of the product
• Issues arising from improper use, modification, or assembly of products

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in Tucson, Arizona.
